Yes, you can reserve your accommodation at the Caesars Palace at our special rate. Click this link to book your room https://book.passkey.com/go/SCMEC2. Please note that upon booking your reservation, your credit card will be charged a deposit equal to the first night's room and tax. To avoid forfeiture of deposit, please ensure all changes and cancellations are made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. You may be charged a nightly resort fee which will be added to your total on the final summary page. Please be sure to read the hotel policies for more information specific to your event.

The daily Resort Fee is $45.95 plus hotel tax and includes the following services: In-room high-speed Internet each day (two devices per day), daily access to the fitness center for two, and all local calls.

Tax Plicy: Negotiated group rates are not valid with, during, or in conjunction with other discount programs and are subject to change prior to reservation confirmation. Room rates shown do not include 13.38% room tax (subject to change prior to arrival). Total charges presented on the website will include room and tax charges only. Your reservation may be subject to a Resort Fee which is not included in the quote. Cancellation Policy: The hotel requires a 72-hour cancellation policy prior to the arrival date and the guest may then cancel the reservation with no penalties. However, if the reservation is canceled less than 72 hours prior to arrival date, the guest will forfeit their deposit of the 1st night's room and tax. When booked within 3 days, cancellations will be allowed, but the guest will forfeit the 1st night's room and tax deposit.

Child Policy: 3rd & 4th persons (all ages) will be charged at a rate of $30.00 per person, per night, with a maximum of four persons per guestroom.

Hotel reservations made through ENGAGE registration are not transferable. The substituting attendee will need to complete a new hotel reservation through the registration process and submit a new credit card to secure the reservation.

No. All attendees must register and book their own hotel reservations.

Guests that do not check in as scheduled will have the reservation canceled by default and the room is released. The hotel will charge a 1-night room & applicable tax for failing to fulfill the reservation.

If a guest does not arrive or check in on the arrival date, the reservation is canceled by default, and the room is then released. There is a No-Show fee of 1-night room & tax applicable.

No. All hotel reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.

All conference hotels will require a one-night deposit as a guarantee. The credit card used to make your hotel reservation will be charged the equivalent of one night’s room plus tax after the hotel cutoff date.

If guest/s shorten their stay upon check-in, a 1-night room & tax Early departure fee is applicable. Any changes should be verified with the hotel 24 hours prior to arrival.

Yes, so long as you are the cardholder for the credit card you present at the time of check-in.

If the credit card used as a guarantee for your hotel reservation is not in your name, that cardholder must be present at check-in.

Please bring your vaccination card to the conference venue at Caesars Palace Las Vegas on Aug 15-16, and you will need it during registration to enter the conference. You will not be able to enter the conference without showing your vaccination card.

Safety for conference attendees and staff will remain our priority. In addition to the vaccination and mask recommendation, we will follow CDC and WHO guidelines for large in-person gatherings at the time of the conference. We will also observe any local guidelines additionally.

For purposes of its protocols, the Engage event utilizes the Centers for Disease and Prevention Control’s definition of ”fully vaccinated,” which may be found here: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/fully-vaccinated.html.

Anyone attending in-person a Milestone Engage conference held anywhere in the U.S. must comply with Milestone’s COVID-19 policies and guidelines. International travelers should confirm entry requirements into the United States from a foreign point of origin prior to departure. Travelers are encouraged to follow CDC guidance for traveling during the pandemic and to follow all governmental and transportation carrier requirements and recommendations related to travel.

Milestone will keep this policies page up to date with the most current information. We will include hyperlinks to appropriate guidance on each conference page.

The recordings of the sessions and material will be provided following the conference upon request.

Milestone asks that you not attend the conference if you are feeling sick. We have an option open for our valuable attendees to send a substitute to take part or will provide you with a refund for the full price of the conference. You can request a refund due to illness in writing by contacting member support at engage@milestoneinternet.com.
